We will discover the beauty of Lefkada, Greece, located in the Ionian Sea. We will practice acceptance and love for ourselves through the daily practice of yoga, meditation, and workshops. We will embrace an active lifestyle by journeying to beautiful beaches, hiking down mountainsides, and enjoying the wind in our hair as we cruise the Ionion Sea. We will nourish our bodies with the most delicious Mediterranean cuisine. And we will enjoy the connection that truly only travel, yoga, and love can bring to a group of strangers and turn into a family. We will be empowered to bring the beauty, acceptance, love, activity, nourishment, and connection found on this trip, home with us as we learn through each day to BALANCE our lives and live to the fullest.

What’s Included?

  • 8 days, 7 night accommodations at Urania Luxury Villas

  • 3 meals per day*

  • Access to all amenities Urania Luxury Villas has to offer including the use of your own private pool and private beach

  • Yoga classes 2X’s a day - Classes will be a mix of Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Vinyasa classes will be taught for All-levels of yoga practitioners with a strong focus on foundation and alignment

  • Day Trip #1

    • A Boat Trip to explore the islands of Scorpion Onassis and Meganisi

  • Day Trip #2

    • A trip to Porto Katsiki Beach, the most famous beach on the island of Lefkada

  • A Classic Greek Cooking Class led by Ourania, the owner and chef at Urania Luxury Villas

  • A 1 hour massage

  • 1 yoga workshop and 1 surprise workshop

  • Transportation to and from Athens

*Meals will be a mix of regular and vegetarian. Vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options are available upon request. There will be one day where dinner will be on your own and this has been reduced from the price.

“Meaghan’s classes are disciplined yet light-hearted, foundational yet challenging. Meaghan’s sweet disposition puts her students at ease. She also has the perception to sense where her students are at and chooses the best combination of positions for each practice. Although I am 67 years old, I feel almost as young as Meaghan after a class instructed by her. She has a way of helping others open their hearts, whether with chest-opener movements or by her calming voice and attentiveness. Meaghan is a 200 hour RYT focused on creating mindful opportunities for breath and movement. Starting her practice for physical aspects, Meaghan quickly learned the benefits of yoga for the mind as well. Personally, Meaghan has used yoga to work through grief and anxiety, giving her peace during the everyday challenges of life. With a passion for teaching vinyasa classes, Meaghan offers classes for all levels that are both physical and alignment based. With detailed cues, she is able to bring awareness to the connection between body and breath - giving her students a well rounded practice in the present moment. Meaghan loves teaching yoga, creating community, and you'll be hard pressed to find a class without some smiles and laughter.

The yoga classes on this retreat will include morning vinyasa classes that will be invigorating, foundational and alignment based. They will be designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. Evening classes will be a mix of yin and restorative yoga to allow for a balance in our bodies and minds.
